Full taking of the Claimant's land to enable the widening of Crowchild Trail in the City of Calgary. At the date of taking the land was occupied by a related company which carried on a construction business pursuant to a less than arm's length lease agreement. The Board awarded compensation in the amount of $95,500 for market value of the land plus regular interest and additional interest and costs. |
