Decision: Interim cost review hearing conducted by the Expropriation Compensation Board pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 125, s. 48. Two preliminary issues arose for determination, namely whether the recently adopted Tariff of Costs was applicable to the costs in question and, if so, in what format the bills of costs should be presented for reimbursement. The Tariff was found to be applicable and several guidelines were provided for use with interim cost reviews.
