Decision: |
Appeal by property owners from a lower court decision issuing a warrant of possession pursuant to s. 41 of the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. The issue in dispute was whether the Respondent expropriating authority had delivered a proper appraisal to the Appellants. It was held that the Respondent had complied with the requirement found in the Act to deliver an appraisal report to the Appellants. The appeal was dismissed. |
