Decision: Appeal by property owners from a lower court decision issuing a warrant of possession pursuant to s. 41 of the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. The issue in dispute was whether the Respondent expropriating authority had delivered a proper appraisal to the Appellants.
