Decision: |
Application by property owners for an order directing the Respondent expropriating authority to deliver an appraisal report to the owners pursuant to the requirements of the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. It was held that the document that was served on the owners by the Respondent in support of an offer of compensation was not an appraisal report as contemplated by the Act. An order was granted directing the Respondent to deliver a proper appraisal report. Costs were awarded to the owners on a solicitor and client basis. |
