Appeal by a pipeline operator from an award of compensation by the Alberta Surface Rights Board pursuant to the Surface Rights Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. S-24. The Appellant alleged that the Board had failed to treat compensation payable for construction working space differently than compensation payable for permanent rights of way. It was held that the Board did not err. The appeal was dismissed. |
