Reconsideration by a panel of arbitrators of several aspects of a compensation award made pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290. The Claimants had successfully obtained a court order directing the arbitrators to reconsider whether they had erred in determining market value and in refusing to award compensation for interest costs incurred on funds borrowed to assist in relocation. Full taking of four parcels of land located in the City of Kamloops. On reconsideration the arbitrators concluded that no changes were required to their previous award. Costs were awarded to the Claimants. |
