Decision: Application by the Claimants to the Alberta Land Compensation Board pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.A. 1980, c. E-16, for an order fixing a date for rehearing of a compensation claim. Full taking of the Claimants' land for purposes of the widening of the Crowchild Trail in the City of Calgary. The Board had previously conducted a compensation hearing in this matter. Following a successful appeal by the Claimants, the Board was directed to reconsider certain issues. The parties were in agreement that a rehearing should be scheduled. The Board set the matter down for hearing.
