| N.E.B. delivers Trans Mountain reconsideration report to federal government |

In a press release issued today the National Energy Board states that it has now delivered its reconsideration report to the Government of Canada. The report includes an overall recommendation that the Trans Mountain Expansion Project is in the Canadian public interest and should be approved. The recommendation includes 156 conditions that will be imposed on the project if approved.
The reconsideration report resulted from a federal cabinet order made in response to a Federal Court decision on Aug 30, 2018 which set aside an earlier project approval. |
