Decision: Interim cost review pursuant to s. 48(2) of the Expropriation Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 125. The Board considered firstly, an actual costs claim for services rendered in 1998 relating to the negotiation of a s. 3 statutory agreement. At issue were the hourly rates billed and whether the claimants should be reimbursed for a second trip to the property by the claimants' lawyer.

The Board then considered three tariff cost claims. A number of tariff interpretation issues were raised for the first time, this being the second tariff cost review since the tariff was adopted in June 1999. An interim cost award was made.
