Decision: Appeal from a lower court decision refusing to set aside several municipal bylaws which had down-zoned the Appellant's property. The new zoning severely restricted the uses which could be made of the land but it did not actually zone the land exclusively for public use. There was evidence that council was motivated by a desire to preserve the land for park use by the public. The appeal was dismissed.
