Decision: Applications to the Nova Scotia Expropriations Compensation Board for determination of compensation payable to the Claimants by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriation Act, S.N.S. 1973, c. 7. This hearing considered four separate claims arising from the expropriation of a large block of land owned by the Claimants and other parties. The land was located near the Strait of Canso and it was taken for industrial purposes. The Board made separate awards to each of the Claimants as set out in the reasons. The Board also awarded interest and costs.
