Decision: Applications by both parties for leave to appeal an arbitrator's award of compensation made pursuant to the Forest Revitalization Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 17, and if granted to consider the appeals on the merits. The compensation award arose from a reduction in the Annual Allowable Cut of forest tenures held by Teal which gave Teal a right to compensation to be determined in accordance with the Act. Leave was granted on one issue which was remitted back to the arbitrator for reconsideration.
