| Public Services and Procurement Canada ("PSPC") provides real estate services to the Government of Canada. PSPC's Real Property Services department has prepared a number of appraisal guidelines intended to establish consistency and minimum standards in appraisal reports prepared for government use. These guidelines have been made public and may be accessed from the Valuation Guidelines page on the PSPC website.
Copies of the guidelines which pertain specifically to expropriation, dated April 1998 but still available as of February 2016, have been captured and saved to ensure they remain available for study.
