Decision: |
Continuation of an arbitration hearing before a Pipeline Arbitration Committee appointed pursuant to the National Energy Board Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. N-7. In this decision the P.A.C. considered an application by Alliance for an order directing that elections as to the manner of payment submitted by the land owners were of no effect. The application was allowed. The land owners were granted additional time to provide proper notices to Alliance indicating whether and in what form they seek periodic payments. The matter of costs was reserved for future consideration. |
