Consolidated appeals by the land owners from twelve determinations made by an Arbitration Committee appointed pursuant to the National Energy Board Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. N-7. The Arbitration Committee had awarded compensation for use of the Appellants' land for construction of a pipeline. It was held that the Arbitration Committee had erred in several respects. The appeals were allowed. Costs of the appeal were awarded to the Appellants. |
