Decision: |
Appeal by the expropriating authority from a certificate of costs fixing the amount of appraisal and other costs to be reimbursed to the Claimants following an award of compensation by the Ontario Land Compensation Board. Before hearing the merits of the appeal the court considered a preliminary objection from the Claimants and held that the court had no jurisdiction to hear the appeal. The appeal was dismissed without costs. |
