Decision: Appeal by an owner from a compensation award of the Expropriation Compensation Board made under the Expropriation Act, S.B.C. 1987, c. 23. Full taking of an acreage parcel which at the date of expropriation had been subject to an interim agreement to sell the land to a developer for a residential subdivision. At issue was the Board's finding of market value, whether disturbance damages were recoverable and entitlement to costs. The appeal was dismissed.
