Compensation claims were advanced by both the registered owner and the tenant. The Board awarded $2,150,000 for market value of the land taken and $14,856.89 as disturbance damages to the registered owner. The Board also awarded $142,337.00 as disturbance damages to the tenant. The Board also awarded costs and interest.
