Decision: Application to the Ontario Land Compensation Board for determination of compensation payable to the Claimants by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. Two expropriations from a parcel of land located in the City of Hamilton which resulted in an expropriation of the entire parcel after the second expropriation was complete. The Board awarded compensation to the registered owner in the amount of $31,264 for the first taking and $14,000 for the second. Interest was also awarded. The matter of costs was reserved for later consideration as was a claim by a mortgagee.
