Decision: Application to the Ontario Land Compensation Board for determination of compensation payable to the Claimant by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. Partial taking of a 0.325 ac. portion from a larger parcel of land located in the City of Burlington. The land was taken for street widening purposes. The Claimant was a tenant pursuant to a 120 month lease which had about 27 months left to run at the date of expropriation. The Board awarded compensation in the amount of $153,870.25 plus interest and costs.
