Appeal by property owners from a lower court order made pursuant to s. 32 of the Property Law Act, R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 340. The vesting order required the Appellants to convey title to a strip of land to the Respondents to resolve an encroachment problem. The order under appeal also provided for a payment of $300 by the Respondents to the Appellants as compensation for the land. The appeal was dismissed. |
