Decision: Application to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board for determination of compensation payable to the Claimant by the Respondent pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 156. Partial taking of a fee simple interest in a 13.54 ac. portion of a 54 ac. parent parcel for purposes of a sewage treatment facility. A further .074 ac. was acquired as a right of way to permit construction of an access road to the facility. The Board awarded $16,474 for market value of the land and right of way taken and $6,701 for injurious affection plus interest and costs.
