Decision: Appeal from a trial court order modifying an arbitration award of compensation made pursuant to the Municipal Clauses Act, R.S.B.C. 1911, c. 170. On the appeal it was found that the trial court had erred by amending the arbitration award instead of setting it aside. The appeal was allowed and the arbitration award set aside.
