Appeal by the City of Calgary from a lower court order extending a date for the City to acquire possession of expropriated property. The City had earlier acquired a portion of the Appellant's leasehold property pursuant to the Expropriation Act, S.A. 1974, c. 27. The appeal was allowed and the City was granted the right of possession forthwith. Costs were awarded to the City. |
