A claim for costs totalling $162,921.85 was presented by the Claimants. The Authority had previously advanced $86,299.40 toward these costs pursuant to s. 47 of the Act. The Board awarded costs in the amount of $93,765.11 plus applicable taxes. The Claimant was also entitled to interest on the costs at a rate to be agreed or subsequently determined by the Board.
