Decision: |
Appeal by an expropriating authority from a decision of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board made pursuant to the Expropriation Act, R.S.N.S. 1989, c. 156. The Respondent had applied to the Board for an order directing discovery of the Appellant's appraiser and the Board ordered that both parties were entitled to discover each other's appraisers. The Appellant alleged that the Board had no jurisdiction to make such an order. The appeal was dismissed. |
