New Alberta L.C.B./S.R.B. Chair appointed

Alberta Sustainable Resource Development Minister Dave Coutts announced today the appointment of a new Chair for the Alberta Land Compensation Board and the Surface Rights Board.

The new Chair is Brian Gifford. Mr. Gifford is currently the Chair of the British Columbia Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal. He will take up his new post on April 1st.
