Partial taking of a 5.14 ac. portion of a 26.5 ac. lot for purposes of extending an airport runway. The Board awarded $7,650 for market value of the land taken, $3,100 for reduction in market value to the remaining land and interest in the amount of $806.25 for a total award of $11,556.25. Costs were also awarded to the Claimants.
