E.26. Previously the Respondent had delivered an advance payment of $1.25 million and an appraisal report valuing the taking at $1.5 million. The Board held the Respondent was not required to deliver an advance payment in the amount set out in the appraisal report. The application was dismissed. No costs were awarded. |
