Full taking of an 8 ac. parcel of land located in the Town of Pickering. The land was taken for purposes of the proposed Pickering Airport. The court awarded $130,000 for market value of the land taken, including an allowance to acquire reasonably equivalent premises, plus $6,173.88 for disturbance damages. Costs and interest were also awarded. |
