Decision: |
Appeal by the expropriating authority from an award of compensation made by the Ontario Land Compensation Board following an expropriation conducted pursuant to the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1970, c. 154. The principal grounds of appeal were dismissed. However, the parties were in agreement that the Board had made an arithmetical error requiring a reduction in the amount of the award to $379,426. The appeal was allowed to that extent. |
