Decision: |
Taxation of the Claimant's costs following an expropriation proceeding conducted by the Ontario Land Compensation Board pursuant to the Expropriations Act, R.S.O. 1980, c. 148. Prior to the taxation hearing the parties had reached an agreement with respect to all costs claimed except for appraisal costs. Costs were assessed at $27,911 for the two appraisal accounts in dispute. Interest was awarded on the unpaid portion of the accounts taxed. Costs of the taxation were awarded to the Claimant and assessed in the amount of $1,060. |
