Partial taking of a 215 ac. portion of a 475 ac. parent parcel. The land was taken to enable the construction of a sewage lagoon. The subject property was used for a mixed farming operation and was located outside the municipal boundaries of the Town of Ponoka. The Board awarded $107,400 for market value of the land taken, $12,600 for injurious affection to the remaining lands and $6,000 for disturbance damages plus regular and additional interest and costs. |
