Decision: |
Application to the Alberta Surface Rights Board for a right of entry order pursuant to the Surface Rights Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. S-24. The Applicant sought access to the subject property for purposes of an electric transmission line. The Board considered whether letters it had received from the Canadian Association of Energy and Pipeline Landowner Associations (CAEPLA) were intended as objections on behalf of land owners affected by this application. It was held that the letters would not be taken into consideration. The right of entry order was granted subject to several conditions set out in the order. |
