Appeal by the property owner from the dismissal of a claim for compensation for the constructive expropriation of the Appellant's business. It was held that the Appellant was entitled to compensation in an amount equal to the fair market value of its business as a going concern, less the residual value of its remaining assets. The appeal was allowed and costs were awarded throughout the proceedings. Interest was also awarded. |
